Report: Lamoille FiberNet’s Annual Organizational Meeting

Lamoille FiberNet Communications Union District (CUD) had its annual organizational meeting on Tuesday, May 14th as per Vermont Statute. The purpose of the meeting was to welcome new Governing Board representatives and alternates from each town, to elect CUD officers and to elect members of the Executive and Finance Committee (EFC).

Jeff Tilton (Waterville) and Andrew Ross (Wolcott) were re-elected as Chair and Vice-Chair, respectively. Lisa Birmingham (Executive Director) and Mark Schilling were re-elected as Clerk and Treasurer, respectively.

These positions require a great deal of time and effort, and it is noteworthy that all four positions were held by the same individuals in 2023. Their willingness to continue this work and provide operational continuity for Lamoille FiberNet is greatly appreciated. The board also welcomed its newest alternates: Pamela McKenna, John Woods and Mark Woodward.

The full list of Governing Board representatives and alternates and Executive and Finance Committee (EFC) members is below:
