Two new towns join Lamoille FiberNet
Lamoille County, VT, August 26, 2020 – Two more towns have joined the Lamoille FiberNet Communications Union District, which was established to expand the effectiveness of and access to broadband in member towns. The two new towns are Eden and Belvidere, and each town will have a representative on the Lamoille FiberNet governing board. Belvidere named Carol Caldwell Edmonds as the representative, and Kipp Verner as an alternate representative, and Eden will also name a representative. The two new towns are joining the five founding member towns in Lamoille FiberNet: Cambridge, Hyde Park, Johnson, Morristown and Waterville.
